Ashleigh Ward: Consultant to MyCareerFocus.  I have over 20 years’ experience of teaching and training across a variety of arenas, from schools to work based training. I am a licensed trainer registered with the Institute for Learning, Membership level. With a BSc in Psychology and through various managerial roles, I have developed a strong appreciation for how people learn and how best to motivate them in their quest for knowledge. My passion is writing and research; and I thrive on developing and delivering courses that create real positive change.
