Writing a CV/ Resume:
“What should I put on my CV or Resume?” This is a question that jobseekers frequently ask, so here is a list of certain information that needs to be included on a CV/ Resume:
- Your full name and contact details, including your home address, email address and phone number.
- Your date of birth.
- An itemised list of your previous roles.
- A section about your education, including any school or university qualifications.
- A section about your other skills and training, such as computer skills and industry certifications.
- A short section about your personal interests and hobbies.
- Details of at least two individuals who have agreed to provide references for you. Alternatively, a line of text to say “References available on request”.
