We provide one to one IAG interviews with students who require direction and a career pathway for post-16 options and further education, support those with barriers to learning and, in light of Raising the Participation Age, those at risk of becoming NEET.  Our work spans across Yr9 through to Yr11, including individual Yr10 preparation for work experience and supporting yr9 students, enabling individuals to make informed, appropriate decisions for their Options in years 10 and 11.

We take great pride in offering your institution:

Consistency - IAG is offered on a regular, continuous timescale dependent on the needs of your school.

Quality -  Impartial and unbiased IAG is provided.  Time spent with each student is 30 – 45 minutes to engage individuals in understanding their academic levels, learning abilities and next steps.  To maximise student’s potential in exploring options and to ensure that choices for the future are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and is Time efficient.

Young person centred - A target driven workload is eliminated; therefore allowing more time to focus and support the needs of the student and to produce personalised action plans.  To ensure students can have access to tailored IAG more than once, if needed, if it means it will help to make an informed decision into EET and other positive outcomes.   Additional individual support could include attending open days and/or visiting work experience students on placement to ensure compatibility.

Ad hoc work - Assistance in supporting Careers Events and parents evenings.
